No. QuoteDrop works right out of the box with no sign-up, login, or account of any kind. Your favorites and settings are stored on your device.

Yes. QuoteDrop comes bundled with the full quote collection, so you can browse, discover, and save quotes without an internet connection. When you're online, the app syncs with the latest additions.

Go to the Settings tab in the app, enable "Daily quote," and choose the time you'd like to receive it. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device — nothing is sent to our servers.

Long-press on your home screen, tap the "+" button in the top corner, search for "QuoteDrop," and choose the small or medium widget. The widget refreshes automatically throughout the day.

Yes. Tap the share button on any quote card and choose "Share as image." You'll get a beautifully designed image that's ready for social media, messages, or wherever you'd like to post it.

QuoteDrop requires iOS 17 or later.

Click the "Add to Slack" button on our home page and authorize QuoteDrop for your workspace. You'll need to be a workspace admin, or your admin will need to approve the installation. Once installed, QuoteDrop is available in every channel.

Use /quote to drop a random quote into the current channel. You can also filter by theme — for example, /quote wisdom or /quote leadership.

No. QuoteDrop only responds to its own slash commands. It cannot read, access, or store any messages in your workspace. See our privacy policy for details.

QuoteDrop is free for both iOS and Slack.

Every quote in QuoteDrop is hand-picked and curated. The collection is focused on themes like character, wisdom, growth, leadership, resilience, and purpose. New quotes are added regularly.
